- 1 can cannellini beans
- 1 Yellow onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 stalk Celery, diced
- 0.333 c White wine
- 2 c Kale, chopped, stems removed
- 4 c vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 0.25 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp Dried oregano

Sautéing the vegetables
1. Sauté onion, garlic, and celery until soft.
2. Add in white wine and sauté until evaporated.
Adding the remaining ingredients
1. Add in remaining ingredients (minus kale), bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
2. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Blending the soup
1. Discard bay leaves and blend 2-3 cups of soup until smooth.
2. Transfer back to the pot and add water if too thick.
Final steps
1. Add kale and simmer until wilted.
2. Top with chili flakes, enjoy.
