Tteokbokki Ingredients
- 2 c rice cakes
- 3 sheets fish cake
- 2 bunches Scallions
- 4 c water, or anchovy broth
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp gochugaru
- 3 tbsp light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Curry powder
- pinch msg
- Sesame oil
- 1 Egg

1. Boil water and anchovy packet for 10 minutes to make your anchovy broth.
2. Rinse rice cakes in cold water.
3. Air fry 1 egg at 300 degrees for 10 minutes and shock in an ice bath.
4. Cut scallions and cut fish cakes into triangles.
5. Mix sauce using gochujang, gochugaru, light brown sugar, soy sauce, curry powder, and MSG.
6. Pour anchovy broth into a pan with mixed sauce and stir on medium high heat.
7. Add rice cakes and let it simmer until it gets soft.
8. Add in fish cakes and scallions.
9. Let the sauce get to a thick consistency.
10. Add in egg and drizzle with sesame oil.
