Ingredients

Main Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Flank Steak
- 2 Tablespoons Neutral Cooking Oil
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Yellow onion, sliced
- 2 Cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 6 Medium Flour tortillas
Steak Marinade
- 0.5 Cup Orange juice
- 0.25 Cup Lime juice
- 0.25 Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Neutral Cooking Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Kosher salt
- 2 Teaspoons Black pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 Teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 0.5 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 0.5 Teaspoon Baking soda, optional

Directions

Preparing the Steak
1. Clean and pat dry steak.
2. Slice steak into strips.
For the Marinade
1. Combine and mix orange juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and optionally, baking soda.
2. Toss in steak, fully coat in marinade, cover, and marinate for at least 1 hour. Note, if you have a steak fajita seasoning of choice you can use 2 tablespoons of it instead of the spices listed.
Cooking the Steak
1. In a large skillet on medium-high heat, add in 1 tablespoon cooking oil of choice.
2. Once oil is hot, add in steak.
3. Cook steak for about 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side or until steak reaches desired doneness.
4. Once the steak is done cooking, remove from the skillet.
Preparing the Vegetables
1. Reduce skillet heat to medium and add in another tablespoon of cooking oil.
2. Next, add in sliced onions and bell peppers.
3. Season onions and peppers with a pinch of salt and cook for about 2 minutes or until tender.
Assembling the Tacos
1. Assemble tacos as desired and enjoy.
