- 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 cup Basil, washed and disinfected
- 1 cup Dried peas, cooked in unsalted water
- 1 clove Garlic
- 0.5 cup Olive oil
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 0.5 cup Parsley, washed and disinfected
- 1 package Rigatoni, or other pasta shells, cooked al dente
- pinch Salt flower
- 2 cup Tomato sauce
- 0.25 cup Walnuts

1. In a food processor or blender, pulse the peas, basil, parsley, balsamic vinegar, garlic, walnut, olive oil and salt flower until fully incorporated. Stuff the pasta with the pesto.
2. Heat the tomato sauce in a wide saucepan and add the pasta, mixing well. Put the lid on and cook until they heat up completely.
3. Serve warm with grated parmesan on top.
