- 1 tbsp Sriracha, oil and sugar-free
- 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
Tofu
- 1 15 oz package firm tofu

Directions

Prepare Spicy Mayo
1. In a bowl whisk together sauce ingredients.
Prepare Tofu
1. Drain your tofu and gently press in a clean kitchen towel or paper towel to absorb excess water.
2. Cut tofu into long 1-inch strips.
3. Lay on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between the pieces of tofu.
4. Brush generously with spicy mayo.
Bake Your Tofu
1. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350F, flipping halfway.
