- 0.25 c Hazelnuts, chopped
- 2.6 oz Chocolate, (vegan)

Directions

Melting the Chocolate
1. Start by melting your chocolate in a water bath.
2. Be sure to avoid melting the chocolate directly in a metal pot, as this can cause the chocolate to seize due to overheating.
Slicing and Stuffing the Dates
1. Next, slice your dates on one side lengthwise and remove the pit.
2. Stuff each date with a frozen raspberry and close them up again.
3. Dip the stuffed dates in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.
Freezing and Serving
1. Once you've coated all of your dates, place them in the freezer for a few minutes (if you're impatient) or in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
2. Once the chocolate has hardened, they are ready to enjoy!
3. Keep refrigerated.
