- 2 c Brown sugar
- 2 c water
- sago or tapioca pearls
- silken tofu

1. Add brown sugar and water to a pot.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until desired consistency.
3. Cook your sago or tapioca pearls according to packaged instructions.
4. Some sago pearls take longer to cook than others so just be aware.
5. I went with tapioca since it was easier to find!
6. Add some of the arnibal to the cooked tapioca pearls.
7. Drain silken tofu.
8. Start assembling with the tofu, tapioca pearls, and arnibal.
9. Mix it around like the people selling taho and add more syrup.
