- 4 cod fillets
- 0.5 c Almond flour
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 0.25 c drained capers
- 0.25 c Fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 c Chicken Broth
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

1. In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Dredge each cod fillet in the almond flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add cod fillets and cook until golden brown on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
5. Stir in capers, fresh lemon juice, and chicken broth. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.
6. Return the cod fillets to the skillet, spooning the piccata sauce over them. Cook until the fish is cooked through.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy.
