Ingredients

- 6 slice Bacon, diced
- 0.5 lb Shrimp
- 3 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Potato starch
- 1 Tbs Kosher salt
- 1 Tbs Black pepper
- 3 Tbs Garlic powder
- 3 Tbs Onion powder
- 3 Tbs Smoked paprika
- 1 Tbs Cayenne pepper
- 3 Tbs Butter
- 0.25 cup white cooking wine
- 1 Onion, white, diced
- 1 Green bell pepper, diced
- 1 orange bell pepper, diced
- 6 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp All purpose flour
- 1.5 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 2 cup Heavy cream
- 4 oz Cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2.5 cup Spinach
- 1 16 oz box linguine
- Canola oil, for frying

Directions

1. In a large pan, add the bacon without turning the heat on.
2. Once the bacon is added, turn the stove to medium heat.
3. Cook the bacon until browned and crispy leaving about a tbsp of bacon grease in the pan.
4. Divide the seasonings into three small bowls.
5. In a large bowl, season your shrimp with one bowl of seasoning.
6. Cook the shrimp for about 90 seconds removing from the pan.
7. In a cast iron pan, fill it about a little over halfway with oil.
8. Season your chicken thighs with half of one of the other bowls.
9. Season the potato starch with the remainder of the second bowl.
10. Mix the seasoned chicken in with the seasoned flour until fully coated.
11. Once your oil reaches 350 degrees, fry your chicken for about 7-8 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
12. In a large pot, boil water then add your pasta to cook until it reaches al dente.
13. In the same pot where you made the shrimp, add white wine and butter to deglaze.
14. Add onions, peppers, garlic, flour, tomatoes, and heavy cream.
15. Mix until well combined.
16. Once mixed, add your cream cheese and mix.
17. Add spinach and the remaining seasoning.
18. Add your al dente pasta and mix into the sauce.
19. Add the shrimp and mix.
20. Remove from the heat.
21. Plate and serve with chicken thighs on top.
