- 0.5 tsp sazon
- 0.5 onion
- 4 slices American cheese, or any cheese of choice
- 4 hamburger buns, if desired
- lettuce
- tomatoes
- ketchup
- mayonnaise
- pickles

Preparing the Meat
1. Separate the meat into 4 pieces.
2. Add your meat to the skillet and flatten with a spatula.
3. Sprinkle with adobo and sazon for flavor.
4. Halfway through the cooking, add the onion slices.
5. The onions will cook and caramelize with the fat from the beef.
6. Cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
Assembling the Burger
