Tofu Dish
- 12 oz silken tofu
- 1 Scallion, cut into coins
- 1 tsp Ginger, minced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp gochugaru
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Directions

Prepare the spicy ginger scallion oil
1. Combine the following ingredients in a heat-safe bowl: scallion, ginger, garlic, gochugaru, sugar, and salt.
2. Meanwhile, heat up the oil in a small saucepan until 200F or place a wooden chopstick inside to check for bubbles to know if your oil is hot enough.
3. Carefully pour the hot oil into the heat-safe bowl with the ingredients.
4. Mix everything well together.
Serve the dish
1. Pour the spicy ginger scallion oil and soy sauce over the cold silken tofu.
2. Serve with optional cucumbers and chives.
3. Enjoy with rice!
