- 250 grams Brown sugar
- 120 grams Butter, browned and cooled
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 150 grams Flour
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1.5 tsp hojicha powder
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 50 grams White Rabbit Candy

1. Brown your butter until it is slightly overdone. Let cool. Next, sift the dry ingredients together and set aside.
2. Mix your cooled brown butter and brown sugar together until it is well mixed. Mix the water and flaxseed meal together and let sit for at least 5 minutes. Add the flax egg and vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
3. Fold in your dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until it is partially mixed through. Add the white chocolate and White Rabbit candy and mix all the way.
4. Roll the dough into 60g balls and place on a parchment lined tray leaving some space apart.
5. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Let rest for at least 15 minutes before consuming.
