- 0.5 c heavy whipping cream
- 0.125 c Powdered sugar
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
Other Ingredients
- 2 croissants
- 4 Strawberries, washed and dried
- 0.25 c Honey
- 1 tbsp Butter

For the cream
1. Add in all ingredients for the cream into a medium size bowl.
2. Hand mix for 3-4 minutes until stiff peaks forms.
3. Set aside.
For croissants
1. With a rolling pin, flatten out croissants.
2. Then add butter to both sides.
3. Heat a small pan on medium high heat, add in croissant. To the first side drizzle honey, then flip and drizzle more honey.
4. Cook until golden brown.
5. Remove from heat and set aside so that the honey coating can harden.
6. Meanwhile slice strawberries into slices.
7. Pipe on cream onto the croissant then add strawberries and enjoy!
