Ingredients

Meatballs
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Large egg
- 0.5 c Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp granulated garlic and onion
- 1 c shredded cheddar
- 6 bacon slices
Sauce
- 1 c mayo
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 0.25 c pickles, chopped or dill relish
- 1 tsp granulated garlic and onion
- 0.25 tsp Paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp pickle juice

Directions

Preparation of Meatballs
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix together beef, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, large pinch of salt and pepper, garlic, onion, cheese and bacon.
4. Shape into meatballs and place on baking sheet.
5. Bake until golden and crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.
Preparation of Sauce
1. To make sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Assembling the Bowls
1. Assemble bowls by spreading sauce on the bottom of a serving bowl.
2. Top with meatballs, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onion, pickle chips, and sesame seeds.
3. Enjoy!
