- 2.5 tsp Active dry yeast
- 1.5 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 8 oz package Cream cheese, softened
- 4.5 cup Flour
- 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
- 2.5 Tbsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 Large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup Light brown sugar, packed
- 4 strip maple bacon, cooked and diced
- Pinch, sea salt
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbs Unsalted butter, softened
- 5.33333 Tbs Unsalted butter, melted
- 5.33333 Tbsp Unsalted butter, also melted, kept separate to brush on dough
- 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract

1. In a large container, add the warm milk and yeast.
2. Stir and cover. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes or until it activates.
3. Mix in the sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs.
4. Add flour and mix.
5. Dust your work surface with flour and roll the dough and knead.
6. Cover with a bowl and let rest for an hour until it doubles in size..
7. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
8. Roll out your dough. Brush dough with 1/4 cup of the melted butter, and mix in the remaining butter into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
9. Add the mixture to your dough evenly and spread.
10. Roll up dough the long way and cut into 12 equal rolls.
11. Place rolls in a lightly greased cast iron pan.
12. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
13. Cover for 30 minutes or until dough doubles in size.
14. Bake the rolls for 20 minutes.
15. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
16. Once the rolls are removed from the oven, spread cream cheese frosting, and top with bacon.
17. Serve and enjoy!
