- 0.25 c Powdered sugar
- 0.5 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp vanilla jello powder
- 1 c heavy whipping cream

Preparation of Pie Crust
1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.
2. Remove your pie crust from the tins and roll them out on a floured surface.
3. Use a circle cutter to cut out your preferred size of tart.
4. Place them in baking cups and poke holes in the bottom with a fork to keep them flat.
5. Pre-bake the crust for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and let them cool before you add your filling.
Preparation of Filling
1. In a food processor or a bowl, add cream cheese, jello, powdered sugar, vanilla and heavy whipping cream.
2. Whip this until the jello has dissolved in the mixture and a smooth filling is formed.
3. Pipe your filling into your cooled pie crust.
