- 4 Tomatoes, sliced
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 Green onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 0.25 tsp White pepper
- 1 c water

Boiling the noodles
1. Boil noodles according to package instructions, drain, and rinse in cold water.
Sautéing the vegetables
1. In a pan, sauté minced garlic and green onion in oil for 1 minute.
2. Add sliced tomatoes and cook until softened.
Cooking the eggs
1. Crack eggs into pan and cook until bottom is set.
2. Stir eggs to break them into pieces and cook until set.
Preparing the sauce
1. Whisk together soy sauces, oyster sauce, sugar, ketchup, cornstarch, white pepper, and water.
2. Pour sauce over tomatoes and stir well.
3. Taste and adjust seasonings, then cook for another minute or two.
Mixing the dish
1. Mix tomato egg mixture with noodles.
