- 1 stalk Spring onion
- 1 tbsp peanuts
Peanut Sauce
- 0.333 cup natural peanut butter
- 0.333 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Tamari
- 1 inch Ginger, peeled, roughly chopped

1. Begin by boiling the quinoa and prepping all veggies.
For the peanut sauce
1. Simply blend all sauce ingredients in a small blender.
2. If the consistency is too thick, add some more orange juice.
Assembling the salad
