- 2 tbsp Healthy Rican Sofrito
- 1 tbsp Healthy Rican Sazón
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce, or coconut aminos
- 1 c Dried Cranberries, more as desired
- dried cherries
- 4 c medium grain rice

Directions

Preparing the Bacon and Onion
1. Add the bacon to a large pot.
2. When it cooks, remove some of the excess fat.
3. Add the onion, sofrito, sazón, soy sauce, cranberries and mix well.
4. Cook until the onions are soft and tender.
Preparing the Rice
1. Add the rice, and cover with water (about 1/4 inch above the rice).
2. Mix well and cook on high heat until the water slightly evaporates.
3. After that, reduce to low heat, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
