- 2 Chicken breasts, sliced in half
- 1 lb Pasta, of choice
- 3 tbsp Butter, for pan frying
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 5 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp seasoning
- 1 c heavy whipping cream
- 1.5 c Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp Corn starch
- 0.5 c parm

Preparation of Chicken and Seasonings
1. Prep seasonings for chicken in a bowl and mix together.
2. Take your halved chicken breast and put them in a ziplock bag to beat with a meat mallet to flatten.
3. Put them on a plate and season both sides with seasonings.
Preparation of Pasta
1. Get a pot for pasta, fill with water and add salt, then bring to a boil.
2. Add in your pasta.
3. Don't forget to reserve pasta water before draining.
Cooking the Chicken
1. Melt butter into a large pan for chicken.
2. Add in chicken and cook for 5-6 min on each side or until it reaches 165F.
Preparing the Sauce
1. Once chicken is done, add more butter and minced garlic with reserved seasoning.
2. Cook for 30 seconds to 1 min.
3. Add in half of chicken broth & heavy whipping cream.
4. Mix cornstarch and remainder of chicken broth together then add to sauce.
5. Simmer until it becomes thick and adjust any seasonings, if needed.
6. Turn off the heat and add in Parmesan cheese and mix until melted.
Combining Pasta and Sauce
1. Add in your drained pasta to sauce and pasta water, if needed.
2. Mix and let sit off the heat until sauce has nicely coated noodles.
Serving the Dish
1. Serve chicken over the noodles and top with parsley or basil.
