- 1 oz Dark chocolate, 30g
- 0.667 c Nutella
- 6 tbsp Unsalted butter, 85g
- 0.5 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 0.5 c All purpose flour
- 0.25 c Cocoa powder, Dutch processed
- 0.75 tsp Salt
- 0.25 c Nutella, swirled on top

1. Preheat oven to 335F.
2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 15 second increments. Once molten, add Nutella and mix.
3. Separately, whisk the eggs and sugar at medium-high speed for 5-7 minutes until thick, light in color and ribbony.
4. Add the butter & chocolate mix to the egg mix and whisk until just combined. Add the water + coffee and fold.
5. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder & salt and carefully fold. Don’t overmix.
6. Transfer to lined baking pan and spread evenly. Then add the extra Nutella on top and swirl it around using a toothpick.
7. Bake for 20-25 min, toothpick should come out with moist crumbs but not be wet. Don’t overbake!
8. Enjoy!
