- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp marsala wine
- 1 tbsp Corn starch
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- Salt
Other Ingredients for Stir Fry
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp ginger puree
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper
- 0.5 large onion

Marinating the Chicken
1. Start with marinating your cut up chicken in marinade ingredients while you prepare other ingredients.
Preparing the Vegetables
1. Chop up your peppers and onions.
2. Mince up garlic.
Preparing the Sauce
1. Mix together your ingredients for your sauce then set aside.
Cooking the Chicken
1. Add oil to your wok and heat on medium/high.
2. Stir fry your chicken until cooked.
3. Then remove and add a bit more oil and sauté up garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
Adding the Sauce and Vegetables
1. Add in your sauce and then cook until it thickens.
2. Add in your veggies and coat in the sauce and let soften.
3. Add in your chicken and coat in sauce and veggies.
Serving the Dish
1. Serve over white rice and enjoy.
