- 6 Garlic cloves
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp granulated garlic
- 0.25 tsp Paprika
- 0.25 tsp Dried basil
- 0.25 tsp Parsley
- 0.25 tsp Oregano
- 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper
- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 French bread, loaf
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 c Pizza Sauce
- 2 c Mozzarella
- 0.5 c pepperoni

Directions

Prepare the Garlic Butter
1. Combine butter, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and spices and herbs in a bowl.
2. Mix until smooth.
3. Stir in half of Parmesan.
Prepare the Bread
1. Slice bread and arrange on tray.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and broil until golden brown.
3. Spread underside (not broiled side) of bread with garlic butter and top with remaining Parmesan.
4. Sprinkle with paprika.
5. Broil once more until golden.
Prepare the Pizza Toast
1. Spread toast with pizza sauce.
2. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
3. Broil again until golden brown and melted.
4. Serve and enjoy.
