Pumpkin Pie filling
- 0.75 c Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 0.5 tsp Ground ginger
- 0.25 tsp Ground cloves
- 2 Eggs
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin purée
- 1 12 fl oz can evaporated milk
- 1 GF pie crust

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a medium bowl mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves.
3. In a large bowl use a hand mixer and beat eggs until fluffy.
4. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
5. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
6. Pour into pie crust.
7. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees for an additional 40-50 minutes.
