- 3 Tbs Olive oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- 3 welsh onions
- 200 g Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Tbs Tomato sauce
- 800 g Portobello mushrooms, filleted
- pinch salt and fresh black pepper
- 2 cup White rice, cooked
- 0.25 yuca
- 1 Avocado, quartered

1. In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the onion, welsh onion and garlic; cook for a minute or until soft and the onion is translucent. Add the chopped tomato and cook over low heat while stirring to get a homogenous and smooth mixture. Add the tomato sauce, mushrooms and salt and pepper.
2. Cook for 5 minutes or until the the mushrooms soften and get completely coated with sauce.
3. Serve with white rice, yuca and a quarter of avocado.
4. Share and enjoy.
