Ingredients

Korean Short Ribs
- 3 lbs Korean Short Ribs
- 0.75 c Soy sauce
- 0.5 c Scallions
- 0.333 c Grapeseed oil, or high flash point oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated fresh
- 8 clove Garlic, crushed
- 0.75 c Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Rice vinegar

Directions

Preparing the Marinade
1. Add your short ribs to a zip top bag.
2. To a bowl add all of the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, scallions, oil, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
3. Mix until all of the brown sugar is dissolved.
4. Then pour your marinade over the top of your short ribs.
5. Remove any remaining air in the bag and let your meat marinate for 2-24 hours. The longer the better!
Grilling the Short Ribs
1. When you are ready to cook, use an outdoor grill or a grill pan with high edges to cook your short ribs. You could even cook them in the oven, although they might not turn out the best if you go this route.
2. Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
3. Wipe off any excess marinade before adding the ribs to the grill.
4. The ribs do not take long to cook at all. Once you see grill marks, they are ready to flip.
5. Top them off with more scallions.
6. Enjoy!
