- 2 1lb packs Chicken wings
- 0.25 c lemon pepper
- 0.25 c Butter, melted
- 0.5 c buffalo wing sauce

Preparation of Smoker
1. Preheat smoker to 225 degrees and let smoke with lid on for 15 minutes.
Preparation of Chicken Wings
1. In a medium bowl, pour in chicken wings and cover them with lemon pepper.
2. Place wings directly on grill grate and smoke for 60 minutes, flipping halfway through.
3. Turn smoker to 450 degrees and smoke each side for 6 minutes, flipping every 6 minutes until internal temperature hits 165 degrees.
Sauce Preparation and Final Steps
1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and mix with buffalo wing sauce.
2. Toss wings in sauce until fully covered and serve.
