- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 lb steak
- 6 tbsps Butter
- 5 Garlic cloves, minced
- Parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp Onion powder
Dirty Mashed Potatoes
- 2 Russet potatoes, large
- 0.25 c Butter
- 0.5 c heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

For the mashed potatoes
1. If you don’t like the skin of potatoes in your mash, just peel them.
2. Start off with washing and scrubbing potatoes.
3. Cut them up into large cubes and put them in a pot with salted water.
4. Bring to a boil and boil until potatoes are fork tender.
5. Drain, then mash up potatoes.
6. Get butter and melt it then add to potatoes.
7. Then add heavy whipping cream (or milk) and other seasonings.
8. Mix and adjust seasonings as you please.
For the steak
1. Get your cast iron hot, and add in some olive oil.
2. Then let it add in your salted steak.
3. Cook to desired temperature inside.
4. After steak is done remove, add in more butter and garlic sauté up for 30 seconds.
5. Then add in rest of seasonings and remove from heat.
6. Cut steaks into cubes.
7. Serve mashed potatoes onto a plate with the steak on top and the garlic butter drizzled over that and enjoy.
