- 4 Chicken thighs, Bone-in and Skin On
- 4 Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 Tbs Kosher salt
- 1 Tbs White pepper
- 2 Tbs Garlic powder
- 2 Tbs Onion powder
- 1 Tbs Smoked paprika
- 1 Tbs Cayenne pepper
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 0.5 cup white onion(s)
- 4 Garlic, cloves, minced
- 0.75 cup All purpose flour
- 2 Tbs Unsalted butter
- 1.5 cup Chicken stock
- 0.5 cup Heavy cream
- Vegetable oil, for pan frying

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Season your chicken pieces with half of the seasonings mentioned in the ingredients.
3. To a heavy bottom pot or cast iron pan, add vegetable oil.
4. Add your chicken pieces to the pan, thighs first, then the drumsticks.
5. Sear on both sides for about 5-6 minutes until it develops a nice crust.
6. Once all of your chicken is seared, set aside.
7. Add butter to the pan to deglaze.
8. Add chopped onions and then the flour a little bit at a time to form a gravy.
9. Add chicken stock and repeatedly whisk.
10. Add heavy cream.
11. Add the minced garlic and remaining seasonings.
12. Add your chicken and cover in the gravy until it's smothered.
13. Bake in the oven for an hour repeatedly covering the chicken with the gravy.
14. Serve immediately and enjoy!
