Main Ingredients
- 1 ham
- 2 46oz cans Pineapple Juice
- 2 c lemon lime soda
- salt and pepper
- 0.25 c Cloves
- 4 c Brown sugar
- 4 c brine
- 1 c canned pineapple chunks
- 2 c Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 whole pineapple
- maraschino cherries

Preparing the Ham
1. Combine pineapple juice, lemon lime soda, salt and pepper, cloves, and brown sugar in a large pot that will fit the ham.
2. Poke holes in the ham using a fork and put the ham in the pot.
3. Let the ham sit in the refrigerator overnight.
4. The next day, boil it for 30 minutes on medium heat.
5. After it’s done boiling, wait for the ham to cool and separate the ham from the liquid.
6. Using a knife, score the surface of the ham in a square pattern and place cloves in between the intersection points.
Preparing the Glaze
1. Start by making the glaze with poaching liquid, pineapple chunks, brown sugar, and yellow mustard in the pot and boil on medium heat until it gets thick and sticky.
Baking the Ham
1. Bake the ham at 350 degrees covered with aluminum foil for 2 hours. Make sure you completely seal it, baking it for 1 hour.
2. For the next hour, open up the top of the aluminum foil and start basting the ham with the glaze every 10 minutes.
Final Touches
1. Place the whole pineapples and cherries on the ham for garnish and enjoy!
