- 4 Avocados, ripe
- 4 Eggs, hard boiled
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp granulated onion
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 3 green plantains
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Salt

For the guacamole
1. Combine the diced avocado, diced eggs, lime juice, salt, garlic, onion, and pepper until evenly mixed.
2. Chill until ready to eat.
For the plantains
1. Peel the plantains and cut into 1-inch rounds.
2. Fry in hot oil until lightly golden brown on each side.
3. Drain on paper towels.
4. While still warm, gently press the round into flat discs.
5. Return to the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
6. Drain once more and season with salt.
7. Serve with the guacamole and enjoy!
