Ingredients

- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 3 c shredded chicken
- 2 c fresh peas
- 2 Carrots, chopped
- 2 Celery stalks, chopped
- 1 Yellow onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Flour
- salt and pepper
- 5 c Vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 c Heavy cream
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
- egg wash

Directions

1. In avocado oil, cook down onions, celery and carrots.
2. Add flour and mix with veggies well before adding stock.
3. Add chicken, peas and cream and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Once mixture is thick, add fresh parsley and transfer to individual ramekins.
5. Cut out puff pastry dough using empty ramekin to fit on top on pot pit mixture.
6. Cut 2-3 holes indough to allow steam to escape. Brush with egg wash.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until crust is golden and flacky.
8. Be careful digging in and enjoy!
