Directions

For the iced matcha latte:
1. In a matcha bowl or medium bowl, sift in 1 tsp matcha powder.
2. Pour in ¼ cup hot water and whisk until frothy and matcha is completely dissolved. Stir in sweetener while it is still warm.
3. Pour into serving cup with ice, then stir in ½ cup milk.
Cold foam, if using fresh strawberries (blender method):
1. In a small blender, combine 3 medium strawberries, 3 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tsp sweetener. Blend until smooth, soft, voluminous, and creamy. Add more sweetener if needed.
2. Top matcha latte with strawberry cold foam and enjoy!
Cold foam, if using strawberry jam (no blender method):
1. In a mason jar or tupperware, combine 1 tbsp strawberry jam, 3 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
2. Close jar/tupperware and vigorously shake until the mixture is voluminous, light and, fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, use a frother. Taste strawberry cold foam and add more jam or sweetener to taste.
3. Top matcha latte with strawberry cold foam and enjoy!
