- 200 g Almonds, peeled and raw
- 2 clove Garlic
- pinch Salt
- 1 l Water
- 6 Tbs Olive oil
- 2 Tbs Apple cider vinegar
- 0.25 cup Almonds, toasted and chopped
- pinch Fresh black pepper

1. Crumble the bread and soak in water for 15 minutes.
2. In the blender, add the almonds, bread, garlic, salt, water, olive oil and vinegar; blend until smooth and fully incorporated. Chill for a few minutes in the fridge.
3. Serve garnished with toasted almonds, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of fresh black pepper.
