- 2 c Fresh basil
- 0.333 c Pecorino cheese
- 0.667 c Parmigiano reggiano
- 0.667 c Olive oil, or more
- coarse salt

- Fusilli pasta

Directions
1. Crush pine nuts into a paste.
2. Add garlic and crush into paste.
3. Add fresh basil and coarse salt. Crush into a smooth paste.
4. Add both cheeses and then olive oil.
5. Mix well and add more olive oil if you'd like.
6. Add pesto to cooked pasta. Add some pasta water and mix well.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
8. Store leftover pesto sauce in an airtight container in the fridge.
