Main Ingredients
- 1.25 c gluten free flour, separate 2 tbsp
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 c Greek yogurt
Optional Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

1. Preheat your air fryer/oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a medium mixing bowl add dry ingredients - mix well with a spatula.
3. Add Greek yogurt and combine to create a dough ball.
4. Using the two tablespoons of gluten-free flour, spread out on your countertop.
5. Cut dough into 4 sections - roll with your hands into 4 bagel shapes.
6. Spray donut/bagel pan with non-stick oil, add 4 dough bagels.
1. In a small bowl whip your egg with a fork or whisk.
2. Brush egg on the top of bagels and sprinkle on the everything bagel seasoning.
1. Air Fry/Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
