Ingredients

- 6 c White rice, cooked, at least a day old
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 2 chinese sausage
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 0.5 c frozen veggies
- Green onions, to garnish

Directions

Heat the wok and cook Chinese sausage
1. Heat the wok over medium-high (no oil needed).
2. Add Chinese sausage.
3. Cook for 2 mins or until lightly charred.
4. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the rice
1. Add 2 tbsp to the wok over high heat and add your garlic and onions.
2. Cook for 1 minute and add your rice.
3. Break all the rice clumps until it’s completely even.
4. Cook for 1 minute.
Add sauces and combine
1. Add your sauces (oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar).
2. Combine and cook for 2 additional minutes.
Scramble eggs and combine with rice
1. Move rice to one side and add two eggs.
2. Scramble for 2 minutes and combine with the rest of the rice.
Add veggies and Chinese sausage
1. Add your frozen veggie mix, and Chinese sausage.
2. Combine well and cook for additional minutes.
Finish the dish
1. Turn off the heat and add green onions.
