- 2 Swordfish filets
- 1 kiwi
- 0.5 Onion, diced
- 1 habanero
- 2 Garlic cloves, grated
- 0.25 c Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 Flour tortillas
- queso fresco
- 1 Jalapeño, diced
- 2 c Flour
- 0.25 c lard, or vegetable oil
- 0.75 c Warm water
- 1 tsp Salt

1. Season the swordfish all over with sazon or any all purpose seasoning you like 30 minutes prior to grilling
2. Combine kiwi, habanero, jalapeno, salt, cilantro, onion, garlic, and olive oil in a bowl and mix well
3. Combine flour, water, lard, and salt in a mixing bowl and stir to combine
4. Knead for a few minutes until you form a smooth bowl. Cover and let rest for 10-15 minutes
5. Divide into golf ball sized portions
6. Flatten with tortilla press or use a rolling pin to roll the dough out into 6-8 inch circles.
7. On medium high heat, cook for 30 seconds, flip, cook until it puffs up, flip and cook until you see some brown spots on the bottom and the edges are cooked
8. Grill the swordfish at about 450F for 3-4 minutes a side
9. Chop up the swordfish and build your tacos with a generous amount of fish, salsa, and queso fresco and optional crema
