Easy (No Bake) Strawberry Mousse Cake Recipe (with Video)

For the crust
1. In a bowl, add crushed cookies and melted butter.
2. Mix until combined.
3. Transfer to a springform pan and tap it evenly.
4. Freeze until you make the filling.
For the filling
1. In a bowl, add cold whipping cream and sugar.
2. Mix until stiff peaks are formed.
3. Add chopped strawberries and gelatin (Optional).
4. (Mix gelatin powder and water; Let it bloom for a minute; Mix and melt on double boiler until liquidy).
5. Mix until combined.
For the assembly
1. Cut strawberries into halves and make a border in the pan.
2. Add the prepared filling in the middle and spread evenly.
3. Add a little piece of strawberry on top and refrigerate until set.
4. Unmould, cut and enjoy!
