Preparation of Air-Fryer
1. Preheat air-fryer to 350F.
Making the Dough
1. In a large bowl, combine flour with 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
2. Combine using a whisk or spatula and once incorporated begin to knead with your hands over a floured surface.
3. You may need to add extra Greek yogurt if it’s too dry.
4. Once you have a smooth dough ball, separate the dough into 8 pieces.
Shaping and Baking the Bagels
1. With your hands, make little balls with each piece and using your thumbs make a hole in the center.
2. Shape with your hands and place over the air-fryer lined with parchment paper.
3. You can brush with an egg wash and sprinkle salt, bagel seasoning, poppy seeds, etc.
4. Bake for 11-12 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
