- 1 turkey sausage
- 1 egg
- 1 Trader Joe's crunchy chili oil
- 1 tbsp Basil, chopped
- 0.5 Green onion, chopped
- 1 Olive oil

Directions

1. On a baking sheet add sweet potato, tomato, sausage, and coat with oil
2. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 - 15 minutes
3. Once finished baking, serve over a bed of spinach, and add a hard boiled egg
4. Top with crunchy chili oil, green onion, and basil, enjoy
