- 1 C water
- 0.25 C Brown sugar
- 3 Green onions, diced
- 8 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 4 Eggs

Boiling the Eggs
1. Add enough water to a medium-sized pot to cover the eggs (about 2 inches deep).
2. Bring the water to a boil and then gently add the eggs and boil for exactly 6 minutes.
3. While the eggs are boiling, prepare a large bowl with ice water.
4. When the eggs are done, immediately place them in the ice bath for at least 20 minutes.
Preparing the Marinade
1. Add the soy sauce through sesame seeds to a container (something narrower works best) and mix to combine.
2. Peel the eggs and then add them to the marinade.
3. Add some plastic wrap to the top to keep the eggs submerged if needed.
4. Marinate for 1-3 days and enjoy!
