- 0.5 cup vegan liquid egg
- 0.5 cup All purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Tbs yondu sauce
- 1 Scallion, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 2 Tbs Oil

1. Combine all the ingredients except for the oil in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Heat up a 9” nonstick pan and add 1 tsp of oil. Add about 1/4 cup of the batter to the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Repeat this process until you use up all the batter. There should be about 4 crepes.
3. Serve with cucumbers and fruit.
