Lettuce Wraps
- 3 pieces butter lettuce, large pieces or green leaf lettuce
- 1.5 cups shredded chicken
- 3 tbsp bbq sauce
- 6 pickles, for topping
- 1 c peppers and onions

1. If you are using a rotisserie chicken, pull the chicken and add to a bowl.
2. Mix the shredded chicken with bbq sauce. Add to frying pan.
3. Warm in frying pan on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
4. Slice the peppers and onion. Add to frying pan.
5. Pan fry with oil spray for 10-15 minutes on medium heat until the peppers and onions are soft.
6. Add the lettuce to the plate.
7. Top with peppers, onions and chicken. Add pickles on top.
8. Enjoy.
