Steak Marinade
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh, half juicy lemon
- 0.25 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 0.75 cup Carrots, chopped
- 2 cobs Corn, cooked and cut off OR 1/2 cup drained
- 5 whole Strawberries, chopped
- 1 medium Red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small White onion, chopped
- 2 Avocados, diced

For the steak
1. Set your smoker/grill to 350 degrees.
2. Cook steak for 5 minutes and flip.
3. Continue to cook and flip every 5 minutes until steak is cooked medium well, internal temperature reaches 150-160 degrees.
4. Top with any dressing you want, I used chimichurri sauce.
Salad Preparation
1. In a large salad bowl add, lettuce, carrots, corn, strawberries, red bell pepper, and onions.
2. Slice steak straight off the grill and place on top of salad.
3. Add avocados and favorite salad dressing.
