- 1 Tbs Olive oil
- 1 bunch thin asparagus
- 1 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Dried peas, cooked in unsalted water
- 0.25 cup White wine
- 1 Tbs Lime juice
- 300 g short pasta
- pinch salt and fresh black pepper
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese

1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the asparagus, cook for around 3 minutes or until they start to brown. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and dried peas. Cook for one more minute. Pour in the wine and lime juice, bring to boil and cook until the sauce reduces lightly. Stir in the pasta and mix well.
2. Serve and sprinkle with some parmesan cheese.
3. Share and enjoy.
