- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 0.25 tsp Pepper, or to taste
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, adjust as needed
- 0.25 tsp Salt, or to taste

To make the spread
1. Simply combine all the ingredients in a small food processor and pulse a few times until smooth.
2. Adjust the olive oil as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
3. Be sure to use salt sparingly since the olives are already quite salty.
