Cheesecake Ingredients
- 16 oz sugar cookie dough
- golden oreo cookies
- 16 oz Cream cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 0.5 c Cane sugar
- 0.25 c Cane sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.25 c water
- 6 oz Raspberries
- 0.5 tbsp Cornstarch

Preparation of the baking dish and cookie dough layer
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
3. Place the sugar cookie dough on top and flatten using your hands until creating an even layer.
4. Top with an even layer of golden Oreos.
Preparation of the cheesecake batter
1. Take room temperature cream cheese and beat on low speed for 2 minutes until creamed.
2. Add 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla and beat at medium-low speed for 5 minutes or until achieving a very smooth consistency.
3. Evenly spread the cheesecake batter over the golden Oreos.
Preparation of the raspberry syrup
1. Add raspberries, 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, and water to a small saucepan over medium heat.
2. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the raspberries fall apart.
3. Stir continuously.
4. Cool down and strain the syrup.
Decorating and baking the cheesecake
1. Using a syringe, place dots of syrup on top of the cheesecake batter.
2. Using a skewer, make hearts by placing it on the batter and pulling the skewer down.
3. Clean in between each dot for a more precise shape.
4. Bake for 40 minutes and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
5. Enjoy!
