Scrambled Eggs
- 5 pcs Large eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Heavy cream, cold
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 15 g Chives, fresh, for garnish
- 1 pcs Baguette, toasted, for serving

Prepare Ingredients
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
2. Measure out the butter, cold heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and fresh chives.
3. Have a spatula ready for stirring.
Cooking Process
1. Place a nonstick pan on the stove over slightly higher than medium heat.
Initial Stirring
1. In the cold nonstick pan, add the eggs and 3-4 knobs of butter (2 tbsp in total).
2. Stir continuously for 30 seconds using a spatula.
Off the Heat - First Iteration
1. Take the pan off the heat and continue stirring for another 30 seconds.
Repeat the Process
1. Return the pan to the heat and repeat the stirring process (off the heat, stir for 30 seconds) 2-3 times until the eggs are creamy and slightly set.
Final Touch
1. Take the pan off the heat.
2. Add 2 tbsp of cold heavy cream and stir to incorporate.
1. Season the scrambled eggs with salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste.
1. Place the creamy scrambled eggs on a toasted baguette.
1. Garnish with freshly chopped chives.
