Main Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Thai red chilies
- 1 lb pork belly
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 cups holy basil

Preparation of Pork Belly and Basil Stir-fry
1. Heat up a pan to medium and add in the oil, garlic and chilies (add chilies depending on your spice tolerance). Cook for a couple minutes.
2. Adjust the heat to high and add in the pork belly. Stir-fry for around 3-4 minutes.
3. Add in the soy sauces, sugar, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 1 minute, and add in the basil.
4. Stir-fry for another couple minutes until the basil is wilted.
5. Serve with rice!
